What you will be doing

  • In this new position you are in charge of providing administrative support to the day-to-day running of the business
  • Managing the calendar and mailbox of our CEO, Sunita Van Heers: book meetings, arrange business trips, answer short emails, make reservations,…
  • Organising the office: ordering office supplies or SuReal gadgets, handling documents and contracts (scanning, reviewing, sending to architects or project managers,…), managing electric bikes,…
  • Front desk tasks: responding to incoming calls, handling and answering general SuReal mails
  • Light sales tasks: prepare offers with colleagues (arrange lay-out, collect info, set up a correct document,…)
  • We are planning to move to a new office where new tasks and challenges await. As a fast-growing company, your tasks evolve and you grow along with the company. You report to the CEO.

What you’ll bring

  • You are resourceful and love to get things done, on time, you thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • You have excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken in Dutch, French and English. (Okay, we will be less strict on the French)
  • Hands-on experience with administrative tasks or you have a degree that has challenged you in organizing, writing and time management (bachelor office mgt, marketing, business mgt or other…)
  • Excellent organizational skills, you are able to work in an autonomous way
  • Additional knowledge in areas such as marketing, legal,… is highly appreciated
  • A heart for sustainability and ecology
