What you will be doing
Assisting our CEO and team in the overall sales process and in the acquisition of new clients
You handle, review and follow up on communication with clients such as offers, mails, participation in competitions, etc
You follow up on direct leads by phone and mail and have frequent client contact (architects, real estate developers,…), you join the CEO in client visits
You are responsible for the content and timely delivery of offers
You generate creative and effective ideas on Client Relation Management and execute them, you contribute to setting up new services for the company
You follow up and report frequently about the sales process and new clients

What you’ll bring
You want to make an impact in the building sector & you love client contact
You have (a first) experience in Sales or you did a very different job, preferably in the building sector and want to switch to a supportive sales role. When you are up for it, you grow to a more autonomous sales rol (on the road)
You are driven to take the sales administration and structure to a next level, we appreciate initiative
You are prepared to let your knowledge on sustainable buildings grow exponentially over a short period of time and are open to sharing your own experience and expertise with colleagues
You possess strong organizational skills, are accurate, take ownership and can work autonomously
You have experience in drafting clear and well-structured reports. You aim to finish tasks within the set time limit
You rock all three languages (orally and written): Dutch, French and English
