SuReal is hiring a Building Portfolio Analyst to help our clients gain insight into their portfolio, and obtain a complete picture of the functionality, the structural condition and the actual energy performance of their buildings. After mapping the portfolio, you set up improvement proposals to make the buildingsstock future-proof.
What you will be doing
Advise our clients on the current state and value of their building portfolio by making a detailed technical inventory on a structural and building physics level
Visit buildings, analyze and obtain an accurate and complete picture of the building envelope and the existing technical installations of buildings in the context of planned renovation. You report on technical aspects such as energy performance, water, and CO2 emissions
Draw conclusions and propose sustainable optimizations to improve energy performance of the building and create a comfortable and healthy indoor climate

What you’ll bring
An urge to have an impact on the building sector. A diploma and experience that is related to construction, energy, architecture, or equivalent through experience
Experience in EPC, you have audited several buildings
A sharp sense of analysis and a critical eye on data. You know how to draft a good report with clear conclusions
Eagerness to learn and grow your knowledge exponentially over a short time. Open to sharing your own experience and expertise with colleagues
Strong organizational skills, a sense of ownership, you can work autonomously
You speak Dutch or French. Good knowledge of English is appreciated.
