What you will be doing
Advise architects, project developers and engineers in designing sustainable buildings, with a specific focus on the energetic performance and costs
Besides energy studies, you perform a wide range of comfort and material studies (using various software): LCC (Life-cycle costs), EPB, daylight, TCO, thermal dynamic simulations, carbon accounting, LCA (Life-Cycle Analysis) … You report your conclusions
Contribute to the contents of large, multidisciplinary projects, and later on manage autonomously projects from A to Z
Analyse and consolidate the multiple studies in general sustainability and circular economy. After your training period, you can grow into the role of project manager, where you are the client’s SPOC. You drive and motivate your client to go the extra sustainable mile

What you’ll bring
Master in engineering with specialization in energy or construction or equivalent through experience, and a genuine interest in energy-related topics in buildings
A knack for data, software, technical aspects of energy and driving sustainability
Interest or first experience in EPB, dynamic simulations, TCO or other affiliated fields is a big plus
The urge to make an impact on the building sector, willing to grow your knowledge exponentially & to share know-how with your colleagues
Sharp organizational skills; taking ownership; experience in drafting clear and well-structured reports
Strong knowledge of Dutch or French. You speak and write fluently in English
