WELL AWARD

(10/02/2026) SuReal was named "Consultant of the Year 2025" for Europe by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

In June 2023, SuReal obtained the first overall WELL pre-certification in Belgium (Montgomery Square) and was later also the first in residential pre-certification (O3 Shift Lier). Our other notable WELL projects include Zuiderpoort (Platinum certified) and The Arch.

 

SuReal contributed to the rise of WELL in Europe through our keynotes, SuReal Academy sessions and continuous advocacy.  Clearly, WELL has gained importance in Belgium: over 80% of new projects and heavy renovations in Brussels now pursue WELL certification.
