ATENOR wants to make this thorough renovation a model project for redevelopment in terms of sustainability, circularity and efficiency. Known for their dilapidated state, the buildings of the Espace Beaulieu will have to undergo a thorough renovation. Both buildings were part of a joint study conducted by ATENOR and AG Real Estate – owner of the third BEAULIEU building – to determine the best economic and environmental alternative for their redevelopment. This will take into account their specific post-modernist architectural style, as witnessed by their inclusion in the inventory of architectural heritage.
