SuReal acted as a sustainability expert to guide the design team in renovating the iconic Royale Belge and transforming the former office building into a mixed-use building with offices, a food hall, a hotel, a wellness centre and a fitness. Mix Hotel installed the Mix in the hotel part and developed the wellness and fitness. They asked SuReal to help them achieve a BREEAM certification.The project has won 2 MIPIM awards, it was crowned best renovation project and best mixed-use project.
