What you will be doing
Advising architects, project developers and engineers on designing sustainable buildings
Advising and following up on several sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, DZMW, GRO,… performed by colleagues
Guiding your colleagues with performing energy, comfort and material studies (such as LCC, EPB, daylight simulations, thermal dynamic simulations, LCA, …). Consolidating the results of multiple studies in sustainability and circular economy advise
You are the SPOC for your client, communicating all phases, results,… Convincing, motivating your client to go the extra sustainable mile and co-creating added value together
Contributing to the contents of large, multidisciplinary projects, independently managing projects from A to Z, including organisation, timing and financial management (monitoring ROI,…)

What you’ll bring
The urge to make an impact on the building sector
A master's in engineering with specialisation in construction, energy or architecture or equivalent through experience
Experience in the design of sustainable buildings and in project management in the building sector. Expert knowledge of EPB, dynamic simulations, other affiliated fields or general project management is very much welcome
Eager to learn and to grow know-how exponentially over a short period of time. You love sharing your own expertise with colleagues. You grow more and more in an overall role as a project manager (working occasionally as an expert)
Sharp organizational and time management skills to take ownership and experience in working autonomously. Experience in drafting clear and well-structured reports
You are French speaking and fluent in English, spoken and written. It's handy if you understand and speak some Dutch (not a must).
