As the new tenant had high expectations in terms of sustainability, Whitewood initiated a programme of refurbishment of the areas, incorporating the requirements necessary to achieve BREEAM In-Use ‘Excellent’ and WELL. As the building envelope was already very high performance, the renovations focused mainly on the space planning and refurbishment.
