Sustainability Management
The project involves the renovation of an office building designed in the 1970s. The design team’s work focuses on preserving the strong identity of its architecture from the last century, while seeking to improve its link with its rich natural environment. To achieve this, the external landscaping has been reworked, with pathways and break areas, and the roofs have been transformed into accessible green terraces. Access to the site has also been redesigned to promote soft mobility, with a separate cycle path and pedestrian walkway.
Consideration is also being given to the sustainability of the works and the adaptability and reversibility of the new structures and materials used. These ambitions place the comfort and well-being of users at the heart of the project, and are reflected in the targeted certification scores (WELL Gold and BREEAM In-Use Excellent).
