Two of SuReal’s projects “Regent 47” and “The Arch” received a Renolab Award 2023.

 The Renolab award, presented by Renolution, recognizes project’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. The first SuReal project to receive this award was “Regent 47” a project of Whitewood. The second project, “The Arch”, is a development by CORES Development in the north of Brussels. Our sustainability consultant, Alexandre Chaudron, served as the project manager and highlighted the extensive reuse of materials as well as the optimization of energy, water, and materials. For both projects SuReal acted as a sustainability manager, guiding them through different sustainable topics (Water, Energy, Materials, Health & Well-being,...) and helping them to achieve several certifications (BREEAM, WELL, EPB,...). Read more about the “Regent 47” here and the project “The Arch” here.
